The workout integrates basic moves like quick jumping jacks, windmills, butt kicks, high knees, overhead squats, reverse lunges, spider steps, and T-pushups with moves like kettlebell swings, sandbag pause squat, sandbag push presses and burpees in order to get the best out of each exercise.
