BODYPUMP drives amazing body results!
I didn’t get to this class by accident, since I’m a person who hates weight machines like you do and I can’t step into the gym not knowing which moves to make today to get the full body workout I should get. So, I thought of attending classes to become motivated and consistent with my trainings.
When I first attended the body pump class at Fitness Zone, I was extremely impressed by the instructor, the music, the moves and especially the reps.
The secret to BODYPUMP is The Rep Effect – a breakthrough in resistance training that helps create long, lean muscles and a toned, strong physique. That’s exactly what I want from the weight lifting part.

Choreography in each of these areas is specifically targeted so you'll burn fat, burn more calories and achieve more meaningful fat loss and muscle fatigue. The end result is that you build strength without building bulk.
At the BODYPUMP class, we perform between 800 and 1000 reps in a single group workout.
That’s more than four times the amount a person can achieve when training alone.
